We're Midland Business Services, Inc.
Over the years we have had the great fortune and opportunity to encounter many small business owners. Most of these small business owners knew their professions, and had the skills to succeed in them. What held them back were the little things - software, small office processes, advertising costs, business promotions, and tooling. We had worked for large, often multi-national, companies as software engineers, process managers, business and technical consultants. It was obvious that our skills and services could go beyond the informal questions and answers. That's when we decided to start Midland Business Services, Inc.

Research the commercially available solutions and present our findings to them. |

If those solutions do not meet their needs, then where possible, we work with our customers to provide simple, inexpensive, and functional solutions, samples, and templates. |

If our solution can be marketed and sold to other businesses, then there is no charge to the original small business owner. |

When attorneys and other real estate professionals struggled with the preparation of closing documentation, we began All-Forms.com. Here we provide simple, Microsoft Word based Form Document Templates for the standard set of documents that were needed. The forms do all the calculations and error checking and are distributed at a fraction of the cost of other software package vendors. |

When several local businesses wanted quality laser engraving and etching services we started MBSI-Graphics. Here we provide laser engraved
Architectural Accents;
Promotional Items;
Marking & Identification; and
Event Remembrances. |

When a local print shop wanted an easier, more efficient, way to create and number such things as raffle tickets and numbered programs with Microsoft Publisher, we created the AutoNumbering Templates for Microsoft Publisher offered on Printers-Tools.com. |

Working with the print shop we were also able to identify and solve the costly and time consuming process of manually creating printing-press plates. The commercially available Computer-To-Plate (CTP) laser systems were way out of budget for the local print shop. The print shop worked with our laser engraving technicians to determine how we could provide the same CTP results with our existing laser engraving equipment. When a lawn careprovider took out an add in the Yellow Pages and then discovered that they had incorrectly published his telephone number, we began looking at the advertising hurdles that small, service oriented businesses, such as plumbers, electricians, lawn care, roofers, etc. face. For that we have begun working on America's Business Card Directory, soon to be released as ABCDir.net ®. |
